Listing The Property:

Will you do a CMA- Comparative Market Analysis to document the fair
market value?
Is your firm a member of the Greater Hudson Valley, Ulster, AND Sullivan
Multiple Listing Services?
What MLS's will my property be placed in?
Will you place a personalized sign on my property?
Will you place a lockbox on my property so Wewon't lose any showings?
Do you have recommendations for sprucing up my property which will bring
a higher sale price and/or enhance the marketability?
Personal Contact:

Servicing the Sale:
